Epireum Lakehouse Stack

A complete, governed lakehouse built entirely on open source: ingestion, Bronze/Silver/Gold pipelines, SQL, notebooks, dashboards and per-user access control. It has the same architecture as Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric, and runs on a laptop or your own Kubernetes cluster.
